Navigation Drawer

Navigation drawer provides access to the app's functionality.

Tap the icon at the upper left corner shown in the illustration below to see the available menu items.

In this area, you will find the following:

  • In the header, you will see the name and URL of a current connection.
  • Under the header, there is the list of all connections.

When the amount of connections doesn't fit in the area, the search option will be available.

  • Sign in / Profile - See the detailed description below.

This section consist of the following options:

      • “General settings”
      • “Feature request” - Leads to the form where you can leave a request on the feature you would like to be implemented or improved
      • “Feedback” - Leave your feedback via email
      • “About application”

Tap "General settings" to see the options in this section:

    • Interface language is set automatically based on the localization on your device.
    • Logging - You can allow data gathering to facilitate issues solution. If you face an issue in the usage of the app, switch on this option, reproduce the actions which lead to the issue, then tap [Send] to send the logs file to the eMagicOne support. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist in resolving the issue.
    • Notifications - This is the global notification settings for the whole app.
    • Security settings - Consists of two independent functions. If the first one, "Sign in automatically", is activated, you won't have to sign in after you opened the app. If this function is deactivated, you'll have to log in every time you open the app. If the second function, "Fingerprint", is activated, the app will block in non-use mode (a few minutes). You can unblock it with your fingerprint.
  • Profile - There, you can see your profile details, edit authorization options, or sign out.

Tap the sign for editing to go to the "Edit profile" form.

In this form, you can change your password, specify your Facebook or Google account for authorization as well as [Delete account].

Do not forget to save your changes by tapping the relevant button.

If you have several stores, the [All Shops] options will be available at the top of the app. Otherwise, you’ll see the name of a current connection there.

Press [All Shops] at the top to open the list of your shops and select a shop or shop group, which data you want to see in the work area of the app.
